FLEX GST SYSTEM, is
powered stapler and reload
system uniquely designed
to provide a better grip on
tissue for the least tissue slippage during firing. Tissue
movement or slippage during firing can result in poorly
formed and spaced staples as well as the need for extra firings to complete the intended tissue transection. Through
proprietary Gripping Surface Technology (GST), the
ECHELON FLEX GST System provides a more secure
hold on tissue to deliver four times less tissue slippage
for more targeted tissue transectionsand the potential to
eliminate one reload per procedure— which may provide
enhanced economic value. Less tissue slippage during
firing also results in consistent staple formation across a
range of tissue thicknesses with each reload.

and defect closure during both upper
and lower GI endoscopy procedures.

control to ensure precise placement
along with the addition of open and close capabilities for easy
repositioning. The importance of the rotation ability is due to the
fact that clips often do not come out of the scope in the right orientation, making it challenging to manipulate the clip to the correct
angle that would successfully stop a bleed or close a defect.

PRINEO® System ( 22 cm) was designed specifically for doctors
in need of wound closure systems for smaller wounds such as knee,
